"Horrendous experience! Host should be struck off your listings. The first thing he said to us was ‘hotel finished’, meaning we weren’t welcome. We assumed it was because we didn’t check in within the hour timeframe given, even though we rung the host to explain beforehand. We arrived late but, in the morning, we had a lovely surprise - looking out of our window we saw a very beautiful tranquil setting - the lovely River Selune flowing by the hotel and wildflowers, long grasses, and ancient buildings. The hotel room was clean and spacious, breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were very accommodating. We would highly recommend the hotel."

"We loved our stay here! It was so quaint and lovely. The staff are wonderful and spoke fluent English. There are two units which house guests- we loved the view of the charming garden from our room. Although we got in too late to book time at the hot tub, we did get to enjoy a lovely afternoon in the conservatory. We also ordered coffee for room service and it was delightful!"

"They upgraded my room to one with a private bathroom free of charge due to most of the hotel being occupied by male construction workers. It was greatly appreciated. Only downside is the location, as there is nothing around except a few grocery stores that close early and the closest bus is a 20min walk away. Aside from that, it was a great little spot and the staff was lovely! "
