"The property location is right in the center of old town. You can walk to any part of the city in 15-20 mins. The staff were great and went above and beyond. The building is really cool, being so old and historical. The local Il Duomo is a short 5 min walk and Can be seen from most of the rooms in the hotel. "

"82 steps to your room, I understand no elevators however this should be clearly stated. A room on the 4th floor with 82 steps when travelling with elderly parents is not good "

"Situato in zona tranquilla con parcheggio. Ottima pulizia. Titolare molto gentile e disponibile. A disposizione una piccola cucina x tisne frutta caffè ed altro. Quando ritornerò a Modena so già dove andare. Solo 15 minuti dal centro storico in macchina "
