Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass ich trotz meiner viel zu frühen Ankunft bereits um 8 Uhr morgens einchecken durfte – ganz unkompliziert und ohne Aufpreis. Das hat mir den Tag enorm erleichtert. Das Hotel selbst ist charmant rustikal und sehr gemütlich. Man spürt sofort eine warme, familiäre Atmosphäre. "Am Anreisetag wurden wir freundlich empfangen. 3 von 4 Armbänder f¨r die Thermen waren jedoch nicht aktiviert, so mussten wir zurück zum Empfang. Da war die erste Enttäuschung schon da. Das Personal, welches beim Frühstück bediente, war unfreundlich. Wir fühlten uns da nicht wohl. Die Zimmer waren sauber, wir haben den guten Kaffee und die Äpfel genossen. Dies hat unseren Aufenthalt verbessert. Bad Zurzach, die Thermen werden wir in guter Erinnerung behalten. "
