The room itself was basic but not bad. It seemed clean and did the job of providing a place to stay the night as I passed through. The door did not completely fit the doorframe so there was a big strip of light from the outside lights (and cool air) coming in. Plus the room is not soundproofed at all for highway noise or guests walking by your room. The checkin staff seemed bored or uninterested when I asked some questions. The wifi signal was too weak for me to be able to connect.

We didn't have high expectations for the price, but the beds were uncomfortable and my husband has a bad back. He could barely walk when he got up. Since we did not sleep well we shortened our stay from two nights to one. Was not given a refund. The key didn't work when we went back to the room, twice. Some paper item on the floor next to the bed. Only one hand towel in the room when we arrived, but they delivered bath towels when requested. Only one person at check-in with a long line on a Friday night before a local college graduation.

I was wrongly charged $100 for my stay last Monday. I spoke on the phone with and she told me that I would have smoked in the room. This is a lie, this did not happen.I am waiting for my money back quickly.

walked up to the counter young employee was annoyed I interrupted while he was playing games on his phone. Never said a word to me, nothing, no hello, enjoy your stay. Hands me two room keys and he became annoyed when I asked him what is the room number and location of the room. He points upstairs and says it is up on the left. Get to the room, wi fi does not work, tv does not work, call Mr. Talkative downstairs and he says Wi Fi and TV are disabled and has no idea when they will be working. Parking lot had the same beer bottles on the ground the 4 days I was there, bathroom was tiny with rust stains and running water on the side of the toilet. Left a day early and will never visit this place again.

This property is under renovation so there is building work going on all over. Our room had no coffee maker, hairdryer or bedside lamps. The towels were tiny and it was just generally pretty basic. It was clean enough but certainly became clear why it cost less than others nearby.

Pulled back the sheets and found a black hair on my side. My partner found what could have been black rice or rat poop on his. No amenities like coffee in the room or available by the front desk. Also expected possibility of breakfast but this place may not offer it. Nice enough concierge but she could have given us better instructions to our room and more info about what was available

It was a good stay. They were doing remodeling and some landscaping the whole time we were there so we got woken up between 7:30-8am both mornings. There were a lot of loud machines in the background like chainsaws and blowers. We also had to ask for more toilet paper as there was less than half of a roll in our room with no extra rolls. Everything was fine in our room and we enjoyed our stay for the most part.

THIS PLACE AND STAFF ARE HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE First, no WiFi, and you barely have reception. No laundry facilities, was told hasn’t been working in months. My room smelled like bug spray and had to sleep with a window open and the fan on too keep from feeling lightheaded. Found BLOOD on the light switch at the door. Upon checking out the front desk clerk literally poked her head out a back room door and asked if i was checking out and my deposit will be returned automatically. Until I asked her, do I too need to just yell across to speak to you or can you actually come to the desk so that I may talk to you. I explained about the WiFi, she said oh yeah, that’s not working. Then the laundry room, again the same facial expression and said again, yeah that hasn’t worked in months. After I explained the bug spray and blood, she said someone would contact me about a refund. Of course, I never heard back.

There were zero towels. TV did not get signal. The phone was not working.. the area around the hotel was not maintained. And there is a high fee of $80 for checking in one hour early. Very bad. We are not coming anymore.

I would not recommend this hotel. Wifi never works. Poor customer service. My room that they gave me was not cleaned and someone took a massive dump without flushing. I changed rooms and that one was smelly.
