"Super convenient and nice stay when you have an early flight out of Frankfurt. It is weird that a major hotel in one of the largest airports in the world does not have any front desk staff before 7:30 am. You have to go to the Marriott next to it. Also, more than one towel per person would be great! I’m sure I could’ve asked for more, but I was only there 5 hours. Otherwise room was very nice and comfortable, room service was fast and nice. "

"Last minute booking due to flight cancellation. Hotel staff were friendly and positive in trying to allow us to access a room as soon as possible given our morning flight had been cancelled. Location is not too far from Terminal 2 but with suitcases a taxi is required. Room was og a good size with a very good bathroom / shower (plenty of hotter)."
