"There’s no glitz or glamour with this hotel but it was fine for a couple of days. Breakfast was simple, the pool was a bit chilly, and the room could have been cleaned better (there was a dirty q-tip stuck to the wall). "

"Room was very quaint. Old school Lancaster vibes. It was clean, beds were comfy, shower was ok. Bagels, yogurt, cereal, hard boiled eggs and cheese sticks for grab and go breakfast. Coffee was hot and good. Staff was super nice."

"Room was DISGUSTING! Not fit for human occupancy!!! Blood on the sheets, dirty pillow case, floors not mopped and showers had mold and mildew everywhere. We had a large group stay at this hotel and all had a similar experiences. Take all the sheets and burn them!"

"Quiet, reasonably priced hotel with excellent breakfast included. Parking lot is somewhat small, some guests were advised to park on the street next to the building. Location is convenient to walking to downtown Hershey and a close drive to the Park and Arena."

"The rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were the most comfortable ones ever! The water for my shower was the perfect temperature. Checking in was real quick and convenient, and the person who helped me was really helpful, not to mention kind and welcoming. I will definitely be staying here again."

"The staff are all really nice. Only real issue is the walls are SUPER THIN. Like you can hear people next to you talking clearly and walking which made it hard to sleep. And all the loud cars on the street (our room faced the parking lot). And there was an almost empty bottle of body wash in the shower (we just used hand soap). Also the breakfast costs $10 a person and it was very slim pickings but the diner across the street was really good. They do have a bar which was nice after a long day at Hershey with the kids "

"Stayed overnight on 5/2/26. Woke to find that the corner of my mattress had been exposed during my sleep. There was a huge dark yellow stain, as if someone had sat there on the corner to put their shoes on and urinated on the mattress. I pulled back all the bedding to reveal the entire mattress and at least 25% of the mattress was covered in yellow stain. I am absolutely horrified. Showed pictures to the desk staff. Room was not comped. Needless to say I will never return to this filthy place, or any Hilton property ever again. Room was tiny, no drawers or closets. Heard every single noise from hallway and other rooms. Do not stay here!!!!!!!"
