"Bruce and Elsa are amazing, welcoming each of their guests as friends. Breakfast and super were fantastic, highly recommend staying here if you are paying through our looking to get away for the weekend."
"The hotel was good, the pool is a nice way to refresh and relax after a long drive. The only negative was the bed and sheets, noisier than other hotels we enjoyed on our 10 day trip."
"Coffee shop at the front desk was hit and miss with being open or staff .... breakfast rest. Did not have enough staff and turned away customers, and the brew house had subpar food. The girls working the front desk on Saturday afternoon had no inerest in helping you...just gave me rude face gestures..."
"We brought our standard poodle dog, it only cost us extra $20 a night. Where our room was situated it was across the sidewalk from where we could take our dog to a grassy area. For her to go pottie There was an indoor pool very clean. Unfortunately the hot tub indoors was not working The continental breakfast was fairly good
The continental breakfast being upstairs so if you were in a wheelchair or had a disability climbing, the stairs would be very difficult. No elevator It was walking distance to Mr. Mike’s restaurant for dinner and another restaurant and right next-door to a waterpark."
"We had a great stay overall and would definitely come back again. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked really well, keeping the room nice and cool, which was especially appreciated after being out in the Shuswap heat with our son.
The Roku TV was a great touch because we were able to sign into Disney+ and put on shows for our son. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the extra blankets in the cabinet since the room got a little chilly with the AC running.
I also really liked that there was a free barbecue available for guests to use. It’s a great idea for families who want to cook a meal instead of eating out.
The only things I would have liked were fresh towels and the garbage to be emptied during our stay. It also would have been nice to have coffee refills for the coffee maker.
Overall, these were minor issues, and I would absolutely stay here again. I would definitely recommend this motel to others."
