"They had obviously just renovated and opened up rooms for evacuees. I'm not going to judge mid renovation - pool and gym were not ready. Dust in the room, but again, they had just opened this section. New finishes look nice!"

"Well, this is an interesting one. I came to Spokane and stayed at the Centennial as a recommendation for my sister. I came to see a concert when I arrived was just when Spokane residence were getting evacuated from the fires so I think I saw the staff at their most stressed out moments and I was very impressed how respectful they were and how they remain professional"

"I had an issue with the card key. It would not let us open the door to the room and upon resetting it by the desk it still wouldn't work. The third time the desk gave us new cards and after many attempts it finally took. All of this happened around 12:00 a.m. unfortunately. And on top of that the desk and the room are about a 3 block drive away."
