The gentleman that checked us in (Cam) was super sweet!! He suggested a fantastic restaurant for our dinner as well. While our room was quite nice we’ve never stayed in such low lying beds so not liking that too much..however, the bed was comfortable so there’s that. Breakfast in the AM was perfect..quiche, sausage, yogurt, fruit, muffins and coffee and more to choose from..yummy thank you!!

I usually don’t review hotels but this Fairfield was excellent. Great value for the price, the architecture and design was first class and the place was clean and comfortable.

When we first arrived in the hotel to check in the receptionist was sitting down. We stood at the counter not knowing that was her until she finally decided to acknowledge us. We get our keys to the room and had to use the bathroom from traveling. When washing my hands o noticed the sink was filling up with water and it didn’t drain. Immediately let the receptionist know and she said maintenance had already left for the day and will be in on Saturday. The next morning we called down to the front desk to see if maintenance was in so we could brush our teeth, and a guy said there was no maintenance scheduled for the day. After realizing we weren’t going to get anywhere with the carefree attitudes that we were given from staff, my hubby found a tool store and came back and fixed the sink himself. It was a pile of hair (we took pictures) and coffee straws in the plumbing line. Needless to say we were FINALLY able to use the sink. Saturday night was a whole disaster of people occupying room 412 on the 4th floor. The noise and music was so loud and bad that we called front desk several times and got no answer. I eventually called the police and made a report. Finally the police showed up and the noise stopped around 3:10am. Never again will I stay at a Fairfield hotel anywhere! I am completely turned off. We dont usually stay at such a low quality and unprofessional facility, but this is all that was available during booking.

Well Hotels.com sold me a room that wasn’t available. So I’m done using them. Now I’m fighting to get my money back. The hotel was very accommodating and got me a room at the same cost. Service was excellent.

We come around 6 pm and instead of welcome the desk person let us know one elevator is not working, consequently each time we need it to use took a lot of time. No coffee in the lobby. The room was Ok, but very cold service, felt not welcomed.

The main reason we chose this place is that the website says they have a heated pool. That is false. They have an indoor pool, but neither the room or the pool is heated. We had two very disappointed kids. Also, false advertising. Our upstairs neighbors were very loud. Sounded like they were doing gymnastics until midnight. Clearly not much soundproofing between floors. Also, the doors were heavy and springloaded so they slammed loudly when opened. All night long doors were slamming up and down the hall. At least the beds were comfortable.
