"Love the location of this hotel. Needs updating especially the bathroom. They are lacking hand and face towels for every day. The room was clean every day The beach is beautiful!"

"Property well located. Provided everything i needed. Shower head in room 102 needs to be changed, spraying water onto the bathroom room floor. Plug for hot water kettle not working. TV remote not working properly needs battery."

"I have been to the crane about 5 times and everytime I visit I fall deeper in love with this resort. It’s clean, beautiful and the people are amazing they go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is great. I appreciate that there’s always a kitchen in the rooms. My only complaint is the lighting as a woman who does her makeup every night on vacation, better lighting would be phenomenal. I can’t wait to come back the food, pools and beach are all 10 out of 10."
