Elevator broken, my room was on the third floor. My wife coulden't carry the beer cooler up three floors. She is eighty years old.

Elevator broken so we lost our king bed on the upper floor and had to settle on the first floor with a queen bed! Not handicapped accessible!!!

Why is there a $100 deposit when booking online. They already have my card info. Deposit racket is normally only for cash payments. Now itll take what up to 10 days to get my deposit back? Meanwhile the hotel gets to sit on it?

Please note the info upon Booking for our property stating there is a 100.00 refundable deposit upon Check-In. We release this mandatory deposit upon Check-Out if there is no damages. Your account shows we released your deposit on your departure date at this point it is on your Banks end when those funds will be readily available to you. We are not sitting on it. If you need further clarification you may contact the Property directly otherwise we wish you safe travels and a very pleasant day.
A very nice hotel for the price that the room was being offered for.

It would seem you didn't have a proper payment method for the deposit at Check-In. My internal notes state you where advised to reach out to Expedia regarding your Reservation. Once again your Reservation was cancelled at property level due to such. Please contact Expedia directly. Thank you!
It was a nice weekend stay for Easter and the staff was very nice and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend if anybody need a quick weekend stay it’s here.

Had a good nights sleep. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Only two issues. The carpet around the air conditioner was pretty damp and the shower curtain did not keep the water in very well at all. Even with this we will stay there again.

We didn’t have hot water for the shower for two days. I told the front desk after the first day, and their response was “sorry”. We paid premium price without hot water was not what we expected.

We are sorry to hear your stay was less than satisfactory while staying with us. Unfortunately we do not know what premium price you paid as you directly paid Expedia, which also restricts us from offering most discounts that could be given in these circumstances. I do recall the Weekend you stayed as we where Sold out with 2 separate sports teams inhouse. An apology was offered and It was politely explained to you when you came to the Desk to log your complaint that the entire Wrestling team had been showering at the same time this morning as they had to leave for their tournament and perhaps showering in the evening would be better. We also had our Maint. man check the water heaters and relay the same info to us, previously given to you. We apologize more couldn't be done in your situation and sincerely wish you safe travels and a pleasant day.
