Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was awesome with sausage, hash browns, and fresh omelettes made to order. With that, the price was a fantastic value. Will stay here again.

I like that the building is under renovation. Many of the rooms have been updated nicely. However, the main hallways and lobby area do not smell good. They smell like musty old wood. The breakfast was awesome! They have made-to-order omelets,and a very nice area to sit.

The facility was average but very adequate. Halllways needed better cleainiing. The breakfast that was served was the best we had in any of our overnight stays on our trip. Having omelets made with our own choices was amazing, along with every other breakfast choice. The cooks were lovely kind ladies. We would probably choose the Clarion again if passing through Rock Springs!

I would have given a higher rating if i could have. They were renovating so conditions at the property weren’t perfect BUT everything else was. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Very clean room The breakfast included eggs sausage cereal waffles yogurt and a made to order omelette and warm cinnamon rolls. The best breakfast we had in our 2 weeks of traveling. I would stay again and you won’t be disappointed if you do

Check in was easy, but the bar and restaurant no longer exists, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. There should be someone who confirms all this, bc this hotel is undergoing renovations also, so the rooms are not all updated.

We were traveling with a cat, so I totally understand being placed in a "pet" room. But, come on, at least sanitize the room. The smell was noxious. We requested a different room to no avail. Special shout-out to Anthony upon checkout who actually cared and apologized and said he would make sure the next guests don't suffer the same fate. And don't bother spending $3 on a washing machine if you need a spin cycle. Great omelets at breakfast.

Excellent service/Clean rooms.
The service from beginning to end was excellent! Anthony at the front desk was amazing. He made us feel welcome and met our needs before we knew what we needed. The staff at the restaurant was fun and friendly. And the omelet bar in the morning was delicious. This property is being remodeled. Our room was one of the old rooms. It definitely needed work. However, the room was VERY clean. I only gave 4 stars because of the noise. We were in a room that had a door into the room beside us. You could hear the couples conversation next door. I will say, I would stay here again since I know the only things I didnt care for will likely be different my next trip through town.

It was a very dirty and outdated hotel. The bathroom was not clean the shower head leaked more water than it sprayed. The parking lot was an ice skating rink. The only thing at “breakfast” was some coffee. I was charged $50 for my dogs which was not stated anywhere that there was this amount of charge. Overall very poor facilities. The beds were comfortable.

I want to stay again after they finish renovating.
They are currently renovating the building, so this review is made with that information. Great customer service, but they said breakfast was 0600-0930. When I went down during this time, there was no breakfast being served. This might be because they are under construction, but that said… Because they are under construction, there is an adequate amount of drywall dust, clutter and dirt. Attached restaurant/bar. Such a rarity these days… Easily one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.
