"Horrid. Staff kept my drivers license and forgot to give it back for about 1.5 hours. Then room service walked right in on me 30 mins after I checked in room. Loud in the hallway for both nights I was there - nothing done about it. Shady things going on too and very unsafe. Don’t stay here. "

"😒 they couldn’t find my reservation. I booked through Expedia and Expedia did everything they could to explain to the it was reserved and should be there, paid for. And he just kept saying nope I can’t find it. The first time I stayed with them the machine wouldnt support my bank card and the clerk swiped it again as if it would change and now I have pending charges that will not go away even tho my card was denied by them UGH! Frustrating Expedia got me booked with another hotel. I will not go here again….EVER! "

"Breakfast was delicious. Only change which would be nice is slow cooked oatmeal. "

"The garbage was overflowing outside and inside the bldg for both days I was there. I was in room #1 shower stall had hair all over and on the floor - I was relocated to another room - same thing -I was told by front desk that I had to show both room to the housekeeping supervisor . Supervisor didn't apologize and wasted my time. I have a pic but it's of not the type of hair on your head let me know I can send it "

"The hotel room that I stayed in was in need of updating. The smelled musty and the pillows and mattress also had other people’s head smell. This hotel is definitely not Hilton quality. I would not stay here again."

"The office staff at night was rude and unhelpful. She said her knee was injured and she was only doing what she could and if she couldn’t help due to her injury then oh well."
