"The rooms are small and building entrance was not clean. Our room fridge n freezer was not working and front desk staff tried to charge us extra to switch us to a room with working fridge n freezer. After checking 2 different rooms with all no minibar working, the staff upgraded us to bigger room sounding like it was our fault that their amenities doesn't work. They had beautiful pool open till 10pm. Location is nice."

"Overall pretty good but needs a deep cleaning - corners, grout in shower. Old small toilet but looks like they are replacing them as they were wheeling a couple through the lobby. Restaurant was closed which was not disclosed when booked. Staff did not know much about restaurant options in local area. (Barn Owl breakfast/lunch/supper casual , Fugazzi very good but very small, Junction 3 closest for coffee/breakfast, Ambrosia - breakfast, Indian food (very much home cooked style) - 3-5 blocks away) Pool and hot tub good. Underground parking V good. Walking distance to restaurants & shopping 15 to 30 min. range. On the water - best view/quiet is marina side vs. street side - but both have great lake views. Good sized bar fridge, microwave, Keurig pod coffee maker. Cleaning staff friendly. Apparently they have ready to heat food available but not disclosed - found out on last day. Would have been nice to know with restaurant closed. LOTS of fantastic wineries in area."
