Spot on blanket & wasn’t changed until last day. Kleenex on floor near bed poking out & never was removed. Had in room coffee BUT NEVER replaced. I would NOT recommend or stay there again. In house restaurant barely edible. Staff pleasant

The keys would stop working frequently. This caused us not to get in our room and frequent visits to the front desk. The pool area is very small and the gym had water standing in the floor.

The room was very clean, and the suite had everything we needed. The underground parking was nice to have. The staff was accommodating. I forgot a couple things in my room when I checked out, and the staff called me to let me know. They even offered to mail it back.

Best Western Rochester Hotel Mayo Clinic Area/St. Mary's
The hotel was nicely located to stores and restaurants. However, the evening attendant was sleeping when we tried to check in. In addition, the room itself was not kept up.
