Wyndham Rochester Downtown
One of the elevators was out of order and we didn't have comforters on our beds and were told they didn't have any available because a laundry accident had stained comforters. We eventually got one comforter from the front desk.

Hampton Inn & Suites Rochester/Victor
I arrived at 430 to be told my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait an hour for my room. I have an 11 month old baby and if my family wasn’t there I would’ve been left to wait in the lobby. When asked how they could compensate I was told there was nothing they could do for me. My room was 2.5 hours late. ...
