atmosfera familiare, personale molto gentile. ci sono alcune cose che andrebbero aggiornate, ma nel complesso piacevole.

Pulizia della camera/dell’hotel- non pulita sotto i letti..polvere trovata appena spostato il comodino-x una cosa caduta. In piu nel vano sotto la TV c'era una busta vuota di carta rotta probabilmente lasciata dai precedenti ospiti.. Qualità del servizio: La receptionista , tanto carina quanto avara di parole..ci ha dato chiave e preso documenti, poi il nulla! Posizione dell’hotel ottimale, al centro del centro, ma l hotel ha bisogno di rimodernare le camere - specialmente se il prezzo/notte e' cosi alto. Ed anche il bagno, ogni volta che si scaricava lo sciacquone faceva un rumoraccio da pressione forte nei tubi, per il ricarico...insomma il bagno off limits di notte per nn svegliare nessuno!

Great staff, good bar, parking and ski storage.

Hotel is located in centre of rocarasso close to bars and resturant ls. Welcoming staff the rooms are a little dated and would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities.

Comfortable Room & Great Breakfast

Very comfortable hotel. There is no air conditioning but once you realize it's not needed all is well. No matter what the temperature outside,there is always a cool breeze to keep the room very comfortable. We always have the air on in Florida so this was a relief not to need it!

Grande albergo

Sono stato due notti in questo albergo e sono stato davvero bene, il personale è gentile e cortese sembra di stare a casa. La colazione è ottima e abbondante. L'albergo è al centro di roccaraso e offre un servizio di navetta per arrivare ad Aremogna e Pizzalto lo consiglierei a tutti e ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Bell albergo nel centro di roccaraso

Sono stato una notte nell'albergo con la mia famiglia, moglie e due figli, abbiamo optato per la pensione completa, e' stata un po una sorpresa, ci siamo trovati molto bene, c era un po un aria anni 70 :). Ma funzionava tutto benissimo , le camere spaziose, il bagno comodo e funzionante . Molto belle le sale al piano terra. Con la pensione abbiamo mangiato bene e c erano anche abbondanti antipasti al buffet. Le persone alla reception , credo i titolari, erano preparati e gentili. E poi infine il personale , difficilmente ho visto dei collaboratori cosi, 5 punti su 5.

Albergo molto bello, confortevole e centralissimo!

Mia Moglie ed io siamo stati ospiti dell'albergo con la formula di B&B a fine agosto e siamo stati benissimo; ritengo ottimo anche il prezzo pagato...... Bella stanza, con televisore con digitale terreste (disponibile a richiesta anche Sky). Bagno pulitissimo e grande. Servizi di Pulizia della stanza ottima, le Signore la mattina erano veloci ed efficienti. Colazione internazionale abbondante e senza limitazioni (forse solo sui cornetti, a causa di qualche "furbacchione") I Camerieri sono professionali e molto simpatici. Le volte che abbiamo pranzato o cenato in Albergo, ci siamo trovati bene, con scelta tra 2 primi, due secondi e contorni; il prezzo pagato a parte è stato nella media....... Un solo piccolo appunto: la pasta che a me piace "al dente" forse lo era un po troppo..... Le Sale Comuni Interne, con bei divani in Chester e con poltrone tipiche da albergo di montagna rendevano l'atmosfera davvero magica, figuriamoci di inverno, con la neve.

ottimo albergo in pieno centro

albergo in pieno centro di roccaraso, a pochi passi da un bellissimo locale, a pochi minuti in macchina dal palaghiacci, e dalle piste. in ogni caso fornito di navette sia per\da la stazione, sia per\da le piste. personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. qualità del cibo decisamente eccellente. non c'è stata una sola portata che non ha convinto. anche qui personale eccellente, veloce e gentile. all'interno dell'albergo c'è un centro benessere, non grandissimo ma veramente piacevole e ben fatto; prezzi accessibili, e personale molto qualificato. disponibile un percorso che comprende sauna, sauna finlandese, bagnoturco, doccia emozionale e idromassaggio; sono disponibili tisane e lettini per rilassarsi. I massaggi, una volta fatti,si fa fatica a dimenticarli. camere pulite, calde e accoglienti, provviste anche di sky. La prossima volta che torneremo a roccaraso, non potremo che tornare al Grande Albergo
