Fantastically helpful lady on front desk (just returned from time off), clean good sized family room, nice breakfast, great location. Would recommend and family friendly. Only downside was no kettle in our room and the total has no bar or ability to buy drinks/snacks outside of breakfast hours which, after a lot of walking each day, was missed.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The location was especially convenient and ideal for visiting all the main sights. Would happily stay here again!

The location is great in the Termini train station area. The hotel has good family rooms, perfect refrigerator, and free breakfast. The staff is great-good value for one night stay.

Beautiful and charming. Very pleasant staff. Be aware that the elevator is very antiquated so 1 person and 2 large suitcases at a time is all that will fit but was not a problem. Beautiful location would stay here again! Side note, like most places in Italy, there is a city tax you have to pay at checkout so be aware

"I wouldnt recommend a single individual specially female as the sirrounding area isnt safe. Hotel staff was helpful. Wifi didnot work at all. Thermostat fidnt work at all and had to sleep with the window open for ventilation. Room was clean the lobby was not. Overall hotel looks more than a 3 star ..."
