"This is a super unique Property. Awesome Italian feel and looks. Very comfy rooms and bed. Suites have a living room, separate bedroom, large room with stand alone tub, and a spacious toilet room with shower. The grounds are immaculate and the views are spectacular. The only negative is the small choice of available food for lunch and dinner. The dinner menu is small and its the same every day. I wish they had a place to get some pizza and pasta. "This is a very tired place. It needs significant repairs and maintenance. The room and bathroom were both very small. Every staff member that we encountered was grumpy and acted like they hated their job. The atmosphere was really cold and uninviting. Although our stay was in the year 2025, at check out I was asked to stand at reception while the clerk prepared our bill. She shuffled a pile of papers, picked numbers off various papers, hand wrote them on a blank page, added the numbers, and...

"A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "

"The hotel looks lovely from the moment you approach. We managed to walk from the train station (Capaccio Rabadiccio) to the hotel. The room was a good size, with a nice closet, safe and drawers. It had a nice balcony with chairs. The free breakfast was so great! The Buffalo Mozzarella and tomatoes with real flavour"
