"Easy check-in, decent size parking bay. Lovely room, soft drinks and chocolate in the fridge was a nice touch. Great shower in en-suite. Breakfast was great, the chap was polite and amusing. If I’m up that way again, I’d certainly use this place again. I would definitely recommend."

"We booked for two night in executive room. What an absolute disgraceful hotel. We looked at three rooms as the first was so poorly maintained. All 3 were unacceptable with 1 having a door that wouldn’t open properly. We have written to the Britannia hotel group for a refund and have not yet heard ..."

"It was a clean room , easy to get to nice stay . Mostly clean . Shower took some getting used to and got stuck. Small rooms but that’s to be expected , didn’t use the facilities but there in another hotel . Could do with a better fan but a good stay regardless would come again"
