Congress Plaza Hotel
The staff were friendly, but the hotel itself is run down and pretty terrible. Breaker boxes were wide open in the hallway with wires just hanging freely, paint was chipped and peeling, the room stunk.. just to name a few.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown River North
Good room lower floor was a little close to the street and a little loud but it’s Chicago so to be expected. Breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Sentral Michigan Avenue
I liked the property. The location was amazing. Rooms were clean and had a lot to offer. I would say that the check in process was a little clunky. I would have preferred to not need to use the check-in kiosk.
