"Great apartment with separate bedroom and much bigger than usual Japanese hotels. Beds comfortable, clean bed linen and towels, lots of hot water and pristine bathroom.
Minimal kitchen facilities but good for breakfasts and those wanting to eat out. Landlord accessible and a great communicator. Exceptional value for money. "

"Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Kawagoe with its historic 'Edo Town', as the nearest station (Matoba) is just two stops away. "The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."

"Very convenient place on transportation, shopping.
And dinning. Transportation from and to Narita airport by either bus or train are only 10 to 15 minutes walking. The hotel staff are kind and very helpful on introducing local traffic and sightseeing spots. We will be back here again when next visit to Tokyo."

"This, while being amazingly affordable, was very clean and well located property.
The grounds were immaculate, the rooms were very well maintained, and the amenities were stocked after every cleaning.
The property is located about a 5 minute walk from the Nishi-Shinjuku station on the Marunouchi line, and is near an excellent food court and wonderful park with a beautiful shrine nestled in.
I plan on staying here (or one of their related properties!) on my return trip to Tokyo soon!"
