"I was very happy with the hotel outside of the fact that I booked a premium king suite with ocean view which I verified with staff. When I arrived to the room I noted that there were two double maybe full sized beds. When I alerted staff they simply stated my room selection was not guaranteed because I booked with Expedia even though front desk staff stated moments earlier that was the room I was to receive. "

"The staff was very helpful in getting into our room. On our departure day they assisted us with getting transportation to the airport. The room we stayed in had a view of the entire bay. It was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels, hand towels, soap, shampoo. The bed was extremely comfortable. If we do go back to the BVI we will definitely stay in the hotel again."

"The outstanding thing about this property is its restaurant. The food is fantastic and reasonably priced. It is a hidden gem known only to the locals. A steady stream of them come through all day long to pick up take away. "
