"Poorly sloped floor in bathroom, so puddles form, a bad fall hazard. Stained shower curtain. No soap at basin. No printed guide to the hotel in the room—menus, hotel facilities, etc Great to have so many usb sockets. M much better to provide wifi with security. Large room size was great. "

I ordered a Club Sandwich, menu said sourdough (white) however I received a standard white sliced sandwhich bread, plus the sand which was not presented like the photo in your menu it was cut into quarters as I would cut for my child. Please provide options for the guests if you are not supplying as per your stated menu. This was disappointing. As I own an Organic Sourdough Company in Qld I was looking forward to the late lunch.
