Good rooms + breakfast / small pool
Highlights: Hotel has excellent rooms and good breakfast. The service staff were attentive and Nour who cooks the eggs on request was consistently good. Parking round the back of the building was fine also. Lowlights: the pool is tiny and male-use only. Like other hotels youre given several small plastic bottles each day - i'd rather one large one to reduce plastic waste

The location is excellent and the service is great! The room is very spacious and the A/C is good. The breakfast buffet is also great. The guy cooking the omelet should be more friendly and must greet the guests.

What you’d expect
Hotel is what you’d expect for a Novotel. Check-in was slow. Customer service is basic, but that could be because of the language barrier.

The hotel was old and depressing. very small rooms and no windows. it felt like I was in jail. Also the main entrance of the hotel was closed because the road was under constructions which made it way difficult to direct Uber driver to the location as they have to pick you up from underground parking which was hard to locate. another thing, there was no elevator from the underground parking lot to the lobby. you have to carry your luggage by yourself on the stairs to the lobby which was very inconvenient.

Riyadh is the second home
I stay in that hotel frequently, always great service. Cleaning, staff, food, location all is well expect two things: They remove bein sport from TV channels, and their gym needs a lot to be a Gym.

Not Good Stay at All!
Front office representatives did not communicate my request/concern among one another, I had to contact them 5 consecutive times to follow up myself, to only repeat my concern and receive the same response.. "please get back to us in a few minutes" !!! Eventually, the issue was not solved and they cost me more time and money Another note that caused my dissatisfaction was the room I was first given a room near the compressors whilst I specifically requested the from office to place me in a quiet room.
