Thé bed shears are not clean. The bath room is rusty. The communication level is poor. They never answer the phone call.

NOISY, DIRTY AND COLD
I cannot remember when I have ever checked in to a hotel and checked out within 30 mins. Dirty, cold, NOISY and a disgrace.
