Clean and comfortable
Room was very nice and the wifi worked really well. The bed was divine. The hotel is in a good area close to many cafes. I will return.

Good Stay - lots of construction around
I usually stay in this hotel. A 3 stars standard. This time I faced lots of construction work around the hotel area. Breakfast is better this time, but can be easily improved. Staff are great. Location is central. Good price for the stay.

There is building construction near the hotel which makes some noise. Otherwise the hotel was very good .The ratting of the hotel is 4 out of 5.

This is a well situated hotel with good access to Olaya street and Fisaliya tower. Construction next door ... Wakes you up at 6 am. :( Breakfast ... Not fresh and not well done. Needs a drastic lift up. Nice staff.

My two complains are the breakfast served as it is very basic and that the AC is switched off when you leave the room. It takes around one hour for the room to cool down once you in.

I think everything was good, except that one time the person at the front desk allowed a visitor (without me giving them any permission prior to that) up to my room.. They tried calling the room, I didn't pick up, so the visitor asked to knock on my door, and they came up with him! but when they saw the "Do not disturb" sign they told him we cannot knock at the door. They called me at night to tell me this! I was surprised that they allowed anyone to know which room I'm staying at!

Seems to me that it is very old hotel because of very bad finishing in toilets , shower was not working , lot of problems in ceramic tiles , some electric outlets not working , location is very good , breakfast is okay , price is good , staff is helpfull, I will stay again only bcz of price. In conclusion the problem in management .

밤늦은 시각 도착하였는데 리셉션에 사람은 없고 늦게 리셉션에 나온 사람은 영어도 못하고, 카드도 안되고 현금 달라고 하고, 방에 물도 없고. 샤워할때 뜨거운 물도 안나오고 와이파이도 안됨. 최악. 현금이 없어서 달러를 냈는데 거스름도 없다고 안주다가 체크아웃때 받음 레스토랑 망했고. 묵는 사람이 우리밖에 없음

・ジム、レストランはまだ工事中、スタッフも勉強中（丁寧でした）。 　ホテルの案内（Directory　book?),ランドリーバックなどもない。 　（ランドリーは直接クラークに手渡し） ・部屋は日本のビジネスホテル程度 ・ホテル自体は新しくてきれい。 ・近くにスーパー、KFCなどある。 完成後（1月以降と言っていたが）改めてのコメントが必要です。
