After a long international flight, I arrived at the hotel at 3:30am, hoping to get a few hours of sleep begore a very important meeting in the morning. I was told that the hotel is overbooked and they cannot give me a room!! It was a prepaid booking from days ago! They told me they can put me in another Marriott half an hour away, which meant another half an hour time loss in the morning to go to my meeting! I chose to find a room at another hotel nearby, and asked them to drop me off there with a car as there were no taxis at that time. They told me they can only drop me off at another Marriott hotel and have to find my own transport for any other hotel! I must have stayed at hundreds of hotels around the world and have never witnessed such outrageous and terrible service!

Disappointing
The hotel is good , the checkin service is bad . Take care usually os overbooked. We hd to wait for more then 5hs to get a smoking twin bed room. It was bot our original choice but it was take it or leave it deal. No apologies no special discount. Disappointing coming from the Mariott

I liked welcoming and staff. I will definitely back to this hotel when I visit Riyadh again. I wish if my superior room has bathtub. A step to be 5 stars hotel. Area for improvement: Parking exist should be designed well for smooth driving. Toilet flushing system needs more check Installing direction signs in P1/P2 to guid who gets out elevators. I tried to guess which door is for parking not a power room! :)
