This Hotel is completely new and almost entirely made of pumice stones which overall give a taste of "ancient but modern". Facilities one of the best spa I have seen and leisure club, contemporary bar and award winning restaurant, ample free car parking and wifi. Staff is extremely kind and polite. Have a massage with Marco. Highly recommended.

The place to go and just relax. Breakfast is excellent and the coffee superb. We were taken care of by Fillipo on our first meal and he made us feel welcomed. He spoiled us. He is a good ambassador for the hotel, but all of the staff were friendly and always helpful.

cannot fault this hotel
I stayed here for four nights while skiing with family and can honestly say that we all agreed the hotel was faultless. The staff were delightful as was the rooms although the spa was not fully functional you can see that this place is the full package.
