We lucked out and got a super early- early checkin for no extra cost and everything got better from there. The facility is perfect for families, pool and jacuuzi a bit small but clean. The whole grounds are well maintained. We didnt realize how walkable everything is too, there's a whole strip mall with movies and plenty of dining options right off the property! Plus a TON of stores and restaurants short driving distance. Breakfast was great eith premade egg amd cheese omelettes, fried potatoes, corned beef hash, amd sausage. Oatmeal and yogurt with all the fixings and fruit, waffle griddle , juices, pastries- the staff kept a very busy croud fed and the dining area tidy. We were pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. We went for a soccer tournament at Silverlakes Sports Complex- it was a 13" drive without traffic and 20-25 with- majority of the problem being at the entrance of the sport park

I had a wonderful staycation here for Mother’s Day. The area was walkable and had everything my kids and I needed for food and entertainment. The Bed was super comfortable. Room and view of the pool was nice. Only Con was I couldn’t reach front desk or housekeeping from the room phone which was frustrating. The line stayed busy all 3 nights.

The staff their is amazing!!! Amber helped check us in and she was so friendly and very good customer service 👏. She accommodated our family so we could all stay together ❤️. I cant wait for our next staycation here!!!

Lotta different shopping areas and eating areas. If you know the area familiar with the area I did a lot of driving around different places to eat that was affordable and shopping areas that were affordable.

The hotel was nice… but the only problem I had was I got in late at night and realized I lost my key card and when I went to try to get another one the front desk was closed because the person working had to take care of an issue somewhere in the building and there was no one else who could help me! So I had to wait about 30 min for someone to come back… please hire more help!

Like that the breakfast was a full breakfast menu, many choices. Didn't like that we were there at the same times as a noisy high school basketball team bouncing their balls in their room and running up and down the halls. Didn't like paying extra for the limited parking.

The property is very nice and clean. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed and pillows are comfortable. No Netflix and tv is small unfortunately

They charge $10.00 for parking which is ridiculous. Home2 suites doesn't charge and they offer free ev charging.

Nice stay, but rooms are due for renovations.
Nice size room, however we believe there could be some updates, renovations. time to replace mattress, time for carpet and sofa to get deep cleaning or replaced.

Fabulous
Service is very good here. I appreciated the ability to text the front desk versus calling. They also routinely checked in via text on our stay. I think hotels.com should add that parking is not free, other than that it was fabulous and we will be back.

We really enjoyef the Staybridge however they need a quieter bathroom without fan running all night + put a nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast food good, more fruit, less carbs
