"I liked the eggs & sausage at Breakfast "

"Parking was easy. Check in was also easy. Entire place smelled like cigarettes Im not sure if we accidentally booked a smoking room. Room was done over and not bad for price but bathroom door wouldnt shut all the way and there is no vent in the bathroom. Front door didnt feel super secure we put a chair up against it to sleep "

"I came for an event (to meet my adult hero Diamond Dallas Page). And I figured “Ramada? That must be beautiful”. Wow. I was shocked. The entire place (outside) reeks of pot smoke. Inside is even worse. The elevator - the rooms - it’s just a outdated property that doesn’t seem to have anything updated in years. A/C unit blew such a weak stream of air — I had it blasted and we were still sweating all night. I could barely sleep because the beds we’re so uncomfortable. The staff was great. No complaints about any of them or the way they treated us. Just a rough stay. I had two nights booked but we’re taking the L and heading home. I can’t fathom one more night of no sleep. "

"The staff was great and the hotel is cool. The room was tiny with not much room at all to sit at the desk. There was no coffee maker in the room and no little fridge. The bathroom was very spacious however. There is a Dunkin' around the corner that opens at 5 am if you get up early and need coffee."

"The place was just dirty, hallways never vacuumed. Rooms if you looked close enough not to clean. The same dirt and pennies were literally in the hallway for my whole stay. Room key kept failing so needed to be reset constantly. Very small tv and reception was not good a lot of times. Probably won't be back it needs a complete overhaul corporate should visit they would be appalled "
