"Overall nice resort, checking in was easy. Poor birthday package management by staff. What was suppose to be a surprise upon arrival on my sister's birthday, ended up being ruined and received the day after her birthday. The attempt to coordinate this took over a week with the run around by staff. "

"I stayed here for two nights and gave it 4 stars based on the value. The front desk staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful during my stay. I also loved that the hotel is dog friendly with no pet fee, which was a big plus. The location was convenient and parking was easy. The main issue was cleanliness. The room had a strange smell, the AC unit was dusty, and it did not feel as clean as it should have. The bed was also a little firm. Overall, for the price, it was a good stay and a solid value. If cleanliness improved, it would be even better."
