"Poor excuse for breakfast. No pillow cases/ need to request some pillow cases. Need to be moved to 3 different rooms-broken toilet , squealing air conditioner. The staff (JB) was excellent snd tried to accommodate requests and pleasant attitude "

"The room was relatively clean but the carpet needs replacing. There is no telephone in the room, which seems very lacking. Most hotels now provide mini coffee makers but there was not one. Some hotels provide microwaves and mini refrigerators. I suppose it was our fault for not researching these things further. The breakfast was adequate. The restaurant was closed due to some issue with the gas."

"The Hotel overall was very clean until we opened the door to our room, it wasn't vacuumed and the beds had wrinkles on top of the Quilts the bathroom floor was dirty ,we were worn out from driving and visiting at the hospital. "
