"We arrived late, checked us in over the phone and had the heater on ready for us when we arrived."

"Apartment on lake was fantastic. The venue was great. Sadly cleanliness of utensils and appliances were a let down. AC remote holder very grotty. Glass sliding door had fingermarks and liquid mark so not cleaned. Toilet door could also be cleaned as grime building up. Toaster full of crumbs. Cleaning needs to be checked. .."
