"Back entrance was filthy, the welcome was filthy, floor was dirty with trash bits, dust and spill spots, windows and walls were gross with prints, marks, and spots. The room itself smelt moldy and was dark, dingy and felt gross. When I checked the beds and bedding the comforter was disgusting and looked moldy. The staff brought us a new comforter when we said it was dirty but didn’t bring new sheets or offer to change it."

"The gentleman at the front desk last night (May 5th) was great. I came to him after realizing there were bed bugs in the room (223) with some of them in a coffee cup for proof. I was planning on going to my car to sleep for the night but he was confident that a new room would NOT be the same. I stayed but had to write a review to warn other guests in the future. "

"Most perfect room in perfect location in first floor as requested and last room on the end. Very accommodating staff, wonderful delicious breakfast of omelettes, sausage and green chili sauce then scrambled eggs and ham smother day always waffles and fresh fruit. Room was do nice and comfortable either way a loveseat facing tv so didn’t have to sit in bed to relax or watch. Very clean and updated. Great location as well just outside of Denver."
