"Perfect location for a family with small kids to stay while visiting the zoo and children’s museum. My husband and I stayed with our four girls and they loved the pool and breakfast buffet. Our room had a king size bed and full size pullout couch and there was room for our three year old to sleep on her little cot and our 1 year old’s pack and play. Staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious! We would definitely stay again! "

"An emergency stay during Hurricane Helene power outage. Amazingly helpful and supportive staff and manager. They were pulling out all the stops to accommodate storm refugees and turn over rooms as fast as possible. It was nice to be able to walk to Riverbanks Zoo, and a Waffle House and 7-11 store right across the street made it easy and cheap to get outside as soon as weather permitted."

"This was a great experience from the moment we arrived. The woman who checked us in was so welcoming and kind. She offered us their welcome snacks and a drink and check us in quickly. The room and the hotel is my favorite style – modern industrial. Super cool! The neighborhood outside was OK. I definitely stay here again!"

"Such a beautiful place in the capital city. Our room was perfectly comfortable and a very cloud like bed. The bed is also in the clouds but there’s a convenient step stool in the closet to help launch you into dreamland. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. "Their coffee at breakfast was the best weve tasted in a long time. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location is under renovations but they didn't interfere or disrupt anything. Staff were very friendly and helpful ensuring we knew where and when breakfast was going to be served. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. "

"The location was so convenient. Steps from the convention center with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed during a convention weekend. The hotel was full. I was impressed by how caring and attentive the staff were with so many guests there. Shaugnessy in particular was wonderful: proactive, responsive and always cheerful. Would definitely return."
