"First of all, we were given our room key- when we got to the room we opened the door, and the bed was all unmade and messed up. Then we looked around and someone's stuff was everywhere. This was about 10:00pm. Luckily no one was in the room, but we could have easily walked off with all of their valuables. She had told us the wrong room and given us the key for that room. When we finally got to the correct room, it was disgusting. I am not picky. As long as a room is clean, I don't mind it being old. This was both. I had also booked a room with 2 double beds. This had one double bed, it said it was a queen, but there is no way. I have only left a hotel once about 30 years ago due to it being dirty etc. We could not stay here. First of all there were two of us sharing a room and it only had one double bed. It also was old and dirty. The photos are NOTHING like the hotel looks. Even if it was clean I old put up with the rust on all of the towel bars etc, the old old furniture, the gross ceiling and dirty walls, but it was dirty. This in addition to not feeling safe as we were worried that someone else might get our key. The girl at the desk was nice, but this is not somewhere I would ever stay and if I couled give it even less stars, i would."

"We visited for Spring Training. Property was conveniently located to LECOM Park and the Riverwalk made some restaurants easily walkable. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable."

"I thought it wouldn't be too bad because of the google reviews but I probably would've stayed somewhere else if I know what I know now. I picked this place because it was the cheapest room I could get so I got what I paid for basically. It's clean-ish, there was stuff on the wall, I did not look closely to see what it was. Burn holes in the super thin comforter, burn marks on the tub like someone left a cigarette, but like a lot of cigarettes. ALL of the furniture is super run down, probably from the 90s I would bet, lots of snags rips stains and tears on the furniture. The floor felt unsettled like it would sink in when you walk on it and was very noisy. There was no shampoo or conditioner, just 2 or 3 bars of soap. Smelled like marijuana. There was a pool put it was not clean and/or ready for use. While we were checking in I heard someone yelling and it was getting closer and I started to worry a little, as it was dark. Get done checking in and I guess the guy was yelling to himself walking down the road, that also put a bad taste in my mouth. We stayed for 2 nights, we just needed a place to sleep and shower so it got the job done but I won't be staying here again."

"The pool was full of leaves, very small. Breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly. We found an occasional ant in our bathroom, the staff took care of it immediately. We did not have cleaning service one day which may have contributed to the ant issue."
