"Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Appreciated having a back door with spot to sit and look at view. The pool was being cleaned and the noise from the pool filter was loud when trying to sleep."

"Cleaning crew never came to our room to clean or provide towels. Second day we asked a cleaning lady why they haven’t cleaned our room and they stated we have to request to be put on the list for them to clean our room. This information was never given to us by hotel staff or anyone."

"I had a very disappointing experience during breakfast. The food was cold, and when I approached the woman in charge to let her know, she gave me a very rude look and completely ignored me. I even spoke to her in Spanish, as I noticed it was her first language, but she still chose to ignore me. To make matters worse, she had a child with her who was constantly screaming, which made the environment uncomfortable and unprofessional. In the end, we decided not to eat anything because the food quality was poor. I also informed a young staff member at the front desk, but his response was simply “ok,” with no attempt to resolve the issue. Overall, very poor service and disappointing experience."

"Pros: Very nice staff, beautiful bathroom remodel, easy parking, close to Austin. Overall good value Cons: not all of the rooms are well maintained. When we first arrived the lock to our room needed new batteries (waited 25 min in hallway to get into room)"

"No coffee cups nd one pod was provided in the room. The front desk was offended I asked for cups and made me fetch them and hung up on me. Way below my expectations."
