"The room was spotless and breakfast was very good. Hotel has a cute “north woods” feel. Our only complaint was that no attempt was made to shovel the sidewalk or carport. Parking lot also was very slippery!"

I called the front desk, and Jeanne working the front desk was very kind and responsive and took care of the situation for us. "
