"I recently stayed at your property and, while I enjoy the area, I was unfortunately disappointed with my overall experience at the hotel. I would like to bring the following concerns to your attention: 1. Front Desk Service On the first evening of my stay, the receptionist on duty was unprofessional and discourteous. I also observed similar interactions between her and other guests. The tone of service significantly impacted my first impression of the property. 2. Room Condition My assigned room had a large crack in the window, which made the room uncomfortably cold at night. Additionally, the bathroom was not up to standard. The bathtub was in poor condition, and the shower had excessively high water pressure, making it unpleasant to use. I considered reporting these issues during my stay but was reluctant to approach the front desk due to my earlier experience. 3. Safety Concern* The ground floor back door leading to the parking area was completely unlit. The path to the escalator was dark, which felt unsafe, especially as I was traveling with family. As a result, I avoided using that exit for the duration of my stay. Based on these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to others and I will not be returning for future stays. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that corrective measures are implemented "

"Friendly staff, great hotel. Clean room other than none of the trash cans had trash bags in them & there was some leftover crumbs and things in them. Wish the breakfast was served a little later and the pool/hot tub was open a little later at night."

"Property was nice. Rooms clean. Other guests were nice. Felt safe. But understaffed big time. Nobody ever at the front desk to help you. Tried to buy snacks from the store and couldn’t find anyone to help at front desk. Other people waiting too, all of the time… How is that okay!?"

"The room was clean, well maintained and nice layout. Staff was friendly and helpful. No issues with parking, well lit parking area. Breakfast was good, multiple options available. Only issue was the bed was too firm for my liking and the pillows were flat and a bit uncomfortable."

"No one around when I arrived. Had to wait around for 15min. Front desk person was at the airport picking someone up. No apologies for the wait. Romote in the room didn't turn on the TV . Smelled like urine in the hallway but the room was clean. Curtains were ripped."

"Cool rooms with the high ceiling and tall window. Pool was smallish and cool, temp wise. No hot tub. But nice rooms. Valet was short staffed so took a bit to get vehicle since waiting on one employee to get back"

"Parking was as advertised. But the amenities and breakfast was terrible. No lobby coffee (probably only hotel in existence) nor vending machines for basic water. Instead they force you to get coffee from the “breakfast” area for $4 each. And a small bottle of water is $6 from the little lobby market. Instead.. staff rudely say if you want complimentary coffee it’s in the room and water? Good luck. Staff were cold. Also.. the breakfast looked miserable. $16? I wouldn’t pay $5 for it. Hotel was older.. definitely showing it’s age but decently clean and no complaints there. Just spend the extra couple dollars and stay at any other hotel rather than this one in the st. Paul downtown area. I learnt my lesson."
