"Parking lot needs cleaned up"

"There was blood and bed bugs in bed, had to take shower at 3:30am and leave. Did not get to rest before leaving. My fiancée got bug bite all on her back and arms. Have pictures of all."

"The hotel was not very clean. There was a smell of urine in the outside areas, and the property was not very well maintained. The pool area was nice, and the jacuzzi was relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"When you e arrive to our room I noticed the counters were not clean you could see cup ring and ketchup on the counter. Dirt on the shower. Not the cleanest place"

"We did not book this hotel! We were on another web site booking another hotel and somehow was booked at Wood Springs Suites, wesley Chapel. When we went to the hotel we thought we had booked they did not have our reservation. Wood Springs shared the same parking lot!!! As we drove in we saw a large group of men loitering in the parking lot. We went to the front door as a man ran to unlock 2 different doors for us to enter. No desk clerk! Had to holler for him to come out. Would not let us cancel without being charged for our 1st night. It was a scary place to be but we decided to stay. Went to the room by elevator, stepped off elevator to strong smell of marijuana. Went to room, no coffee pot, not clean, felt very unsafe. Went back to desk, refused to stay there, charged us for both nights. Called Hotels.com, they contacted manager of Wood Springs & she refused to refund our money. We did not go on Hotels.com site to book our hotel, somehow the site switched without our knowledge. Hotels.com offered us a $25 credit? For WHAT!! We would never again use their site!! In our opinion, this was fraud, so BUYER BEWARE! The desk clerk however, was very kind, apologetic, and tried to help us but had no authority to do so. "
