"The location was just perfect. A couple of minutes to the shops and restaurants. Less than 10 minutes to the front. We stayed in Lilli which was a lovely spacious room. Negatives are that the beds are so hard, the chairs in the room are hard so as pretty as it is it’s not a room for comfort."

"The rooms were clean, the pool area was large and there are plenty of sun loungers. The food choices at the pool bar were good, we didn’t think it was too expensive either (e.g., €8 for an aperol spritz, €10 for a margarita pizza). The location was the best thing about this hotel. It’s about 10 minutes from the centre of Riva, and the walk is very accessible. Plenty of things to do in the centre of Riva too."

"The rooms were very good and staff helpful. The restaurants could be slow at times to bring drinks etc. swimming pool could do with better cleaning at busy times. In general a very good hotel with great location and good facilities."

"Booked a room of 3 for two people. They gave me the room for 2. I had to pay extra when additional family member confirm staying with us. Breakfast is fenomenal. Tricky to arrive. Great location. Right in the city center. Free bikes. Could stay again."

"Nice hotel. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Lake as well as lots of restaurants and retail outlets. Room was very good. Comfortable bed. Good en-suite shower. Pool was nice. Parking very good in underground garage. Breakfast was pretty good too. Bar on property was reasonably priced with the usual Italian beers. Also did some food. Overall very nice stay. Thank you."
