"The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The staff were all helpful and kind. "

"Was not what Expedia advertised. Was supposed to have a mountain view, didn't even have a glimpse of a mountain. Pictures that were online advertising the hotel/room, did not even come close to what we experienced. Went to move the top blanket on the bed and everytime you did, dust went everywhere. Keyhole in door was open where people could see through. Door didnt even have a dedbolt. Very disappointing. Would like some type of refund. Would have never booked the room, if was advertised correctly. "
"The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. Stefania, the manager of the hotel, deserves special praise, she is a fantastic host and incredibly professional."
