"Staff somewhat aloof. Not sure what their roles were. One person spoke English. Difficult to communicate requests. The other staff were a bit stand offish, never engaging or smiling. "This place was amazing. From the time they met us prior to our camel ride till the 4x4 dropped us back off the next morning we couldn't have been treated better. The camp was beautiful.
