Las instalaciones generales siguen deterioradas..., aún le falta restauración para prestar el servicio según los estándares de servicios hoteleros en Colombia están regulados principalmente por las Normas Técnicas Sectoriales (NTSH), enfocadas en la calidad, seguridad y sostenibilidad, gestionadas por el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo y COTELCO.
