"Beautiful hotel with stunning views of Loja and surrounding mountains. Room was very clean and comfortable. Onsite restaurant and cafe are reasonably priced and pretty good."

"I used family room. There was a two keys between different habitations, this zone( inside of the door was dirty but normally people doesn’t use as a family room. After shower the floor was totally wet, maybe it will be better to change the certain in the bathroom."
