The hotel was a beautiful property with so much to do such as swimming, hot tub, games for the kids, and a Temazcal. The staff was professional and very kind. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

It a nice hotel the only problem is that after 9 or 10 pm they close the gates and it can be a problem if you want to go somewhere or your coming back from somewhere the food is good the front desk ppl are very courteous we had a good time going to the media luna its like 20 min away not a far drive.

No coinciden las fotografías de la página con las actuales, el restaurante no funciona todos los días por lo que si se paga con desayuno incluido, no pueden cumplir con esto, la alberca le falta mantenimiento, estaba un poco sucia el agua yendo la habitación donde nos quedamos dentro del cajón del buró había un alacrán, nos cambiaron de habitación pero ya mi mamá y mis hijos no durmieron a gusto. La comida del restaurante de buen sabor y variedad, pero dos de tres días estuvo cerrado el restaurante del hotel, la persona que nos atendió en el restaurante un poco seca en su trato, pero Cortez, el resto del personal bien.
