"I have stayed in many times in the past but never in a cottage, clean spacious, kitchenette, good shower, staff helpful and responsive, reserved parking with cottage. Kitchen supplied with pots pans dishes and silverware. right on the beach very nice complex"

"We had booked else where it was totally unacceptable. We booked the Nautilus at the last minute. It was so nice and comfortable. All of the staff was very friendly. There are some remodeling going on but never even noticed. Totally top notch and we plan to visit again. "

"It is an older complex. But is in a great location right on the beach. We were treated very well. Parking is tight but that is not the hotel's fault. It is a lack of proper city planning, or even a strategy to try to eliminate the property. Regardless, it is clean, well-maintained for the most part and perfect for a good nights rest in a very well-protected area. The greatest benefit for us was the price. It freed up our budget for the things we wanted to do for extra entertainment and outings. It is not modern, but very acceptable. Contrary to reviews, it is not roach infested. It is Florida. If you don't see a roach, it is like going to the Lakes and rivers and not seeing an Alligator or a Manatee. We had a great stay and will stay here again should we return. "
