Good, rather cheap (for Elba) hotel, close to the sea. The only thing we didn't satysfied enough - there wasn'tthe air condition in the room (outside was 34 C). But when the weather isn't very hot , it's not a problem, because there are lot of trees around the houses of the hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Free parking Very close to ferry terminal to Piombino. The room is simple but very clean. Towels are changed every day.

Náš pobyt v hoteli bol veľkým sklamaním. Fotky hotela, ktoré sú na stránke absolútne nezodpovedajú realite. Bývali sme v tzv. dependantoch, ktoré neboli súčasťou hotela, chodili sme tam len na raňajky. Naša izba bola špinavá, nepohodlná a vybavená nábytkom asi zo 70.rokov a to nepreháňam. Fotky izieb na stránke sú neviem z akého hotela, ale určite nie z hotela Marelba. Obrovské sklamanie!

Nice hotel in the sweet town Cavo

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel Marelba! The staff was very friendly and at least one of the them spoke very good English. Our room was with a perfect view to the inner court yard, with beautiful palm trees! The room was clean and simple, just enough for us for a perfect holiday on Elba! Cavo was a nice small town, with nice restaurants and the time we stayed there, it had even a small festival to amuse us. We recommend the hotel and Cavo for easy travelling. It is easy to reach from Piombino by ferry- which can be a chaos, but "that's Italian"! For visiting nice snorkelling beaches, we had a car because even though Cavos beach was nice, we wanted smaller beaches with more cliffs to look at!

Un ringraziamento particolare al titolare dell'hotel che in un momento di difficoltà ci ha dato un grande aiuto. L'hotel con il suo bellissimo giardino si presenta molto bene così come molto carine sono anche le camere..personale molto servizievole e vasta varietà nella cucina. Ve lo consiglio proprio!

Albergo molto carino vicino al mare

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato al l'hotel marelba per una settimana con trattamento di bed and breakfast. L'hotel si trova al centro di cavo a due passi dal mare e dal porto. Le camere sono semplici e pulite anche se il bagno un po' vecchiotto!!...il personale dell'hotel e' molto gentile e professionale. Il giudizio finale e' molto positivo e l'isola e' veramente bella e affascinante!
