"The day-pass policy is very rigid. Even being one minute late past 6 PM results in an additional $50 charge, while a shorter visit from 12 PM to 6 PM still costs the full $80. After 6 PM, security or guest services follows guests until they leave, which feels uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Additionally, the elevators are located on only one side of the hotel, making access to rooms inconvenient and requiring long walks, especially for oceanfront rooms like ours. These areas could be improved to provide guests with a more comfortable and welcoming experience."
